Jacob Bickelhaupt is the owner of Stone Flower Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois. The restaurant provides a unique dining experience with a multi-course tasting menu. The dishes are prepared and served from a dozen-seat chef’s counter for a truly intimate experience.
